A brief explanation of euthanasia crimes
Euthanasia is the practice of deliberately killing unhealthy people (voluntary manslaughter or murder) and it constitutes a system of crime and a campaign of murder because it is used to evade the inescapable medical responsibility of curing patients (see Offences Against the Person Act 1861, Section 4, Section 5, Section 9 and Section 23, as well as 18 U.S. Code § 1112 and 18 U.S. Code § 1111).
Euthanasia is a crime against science because it is used to evade the collective responsibility to fund and carry out medical research with the aim of finding a cure or preventing diseases (for many diseases a cure that is not available today might be available in a not very distant future).
Nowadays, the euthanasia system of crime is spreading not only through corrupt politicians but also through the Internet, mainly through phishing campaigns using obscure and fraudolent web petitions and other illicit treatment of personal data (see Computer Misuse Act 1990, Section 3ZA, as well as 18 U.S. Code § 1343).
Under certain circumstances, Article 8(2)(a)(i), Article 8(2)(b)(x), Article 8(2)(b)(xvii), Article 8(c)(i), Article 8(e)(xi) and/or Article 8(e)(xiii) of the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court might be applicable.
